So sadly, i am sick. And suprisingly, its not my usual bronchitis or viral infection but rather strep. I'm not sure that thats a good change. In any event finally saw a doctor over here and am now on meds. End of term is rapidly approaching and i really must get more work done, however i have recieved an extension (just a week) on my European Culture and Ideas Essay as i've decided to scrap the Engels and Sexual Liberation Essay for an Essay on the Freidrichsoff Commune in Germany in the 1960's. Hopefully it will be easier. I am going to start my essay on Pedro Almodovar today. However,sadly i realized he's not the director of Abre Los Ojos. Alejandro Amendabar, Pedro Almodovar, same difference right? So hopefully in my sick and lazy phase i will be able to actually watch some of his movies so that i can actually have a basis to write my paper.

On a more positive note, my friend Lindsay from IU is out here in London doing research so we're doing dinner and drinks next week when i'm healthier.
